This project is located near an important intersection in town. Much emphasis was put on the siting of the building and the aesthetic impression that the architecture conveys. The client did no want a "Pole Building" with parking underneath. The interior space is illuminated by a grand window at the front of the atrium. The exterior of the building incorporates vernacular elements of the surrounding area with brick and weathered copper siding.
