Progressive Podiatry
The project requirement was to renovate an existing office space in a professional building into a pleasing and functional podiatry office. The program includes four exam rooms as well as their support spaces. We've created a design for the long site that eliminates the narrow sense of space by providing a wide corridor to open up the area, and used linear closets to house the clean and soiled utility functions. The open corridor, which accommodates ADA requirements, also provides an airy sense of place, and respects patient privacy.
