Oglesby Residence

The existing house was expanded to include 3 bedrooms and a large master bedroom suite. The interior space is illuminated by an arch window over the main staircase. The house was massed to keep a scaled down intimate character in the front, while maximizing second floor area by cantilevering the structure over the backyard.
