This project is located on a corner site beside an important intersection in the town. As a project designed for a Civil Engineering Company, much emphasis was put on the siting of the building in relationship to this intersection. The mass of the building is arranged to front the corner as well as address both streets. The interior space is illuminated by a grand skylight over the main staircase as well as clerestory windows at the top of the atrium. The exterior of the building incorporates vernacular elements of the surrounding area with piloti and driftwood siding.
