mdm ARCHITECTURE, LLC is a full service architectural firm whose guiding principles include service, integrity, and design. While the firm itself is new to incorporation, its founder, Michael D'Innocenzi, has over twenty years of experience and understands the value of the principles listed above. The firm is licensed in New York and New Jersey.

SERVICE   The firm was created in 2006 as an avenue through which to provide value-positive services to clients. Our commitment to service ensures that each of our projects receives the same high level of quality, regardless of size and scope. We work to create a dialog with each of our clients to better comprehend how we can assist them. Our ability to communicate with our clients, their contractors, and our consultants, expedites the successful completion of projects.

We are honest in our relationships with our clients and our consultants and pursue open lines of communication with each member of the design team. We pride ourselves on the quality of our documents and the efficiency with which they are produced. Each of our projects is reviewed before delivery for code compliance, constructability, and coordination. We appreciate the constraints of construction related projects and make every effort to eliminate them in the design document process, and then also minimize them during construction.

DESIGN    Every project is unique, and brings with it specific possibilities and challenges. We labor to capitalize on those opportunities and diminish any constraints through excellence in design. Through our experience, we have created a process that serves to produce good architecture. The application of this process to the project allows time and energy to be spent efficiently addressing the specificity of design.
