Commercial Development
This speculative development was to be located on a trapezoid shaped site off a main county road. Much emphasis was put on maximizing the utilization of the site. The mass of the building is arranged in layers (Parking, Stores, Office and Rooftop Spa). The interior space is illuminated by a grand skylight over the main spine of the building. The exterior of the building is broken up into balanced massing elements held together by the skylight spine. The cut parking fill would be used to create the first floor earth berm further reducing the visual scale of the development.
